For your consideration is this unique Antique Ice Cream Scoop from the early 1900's in good condition. It is a # 16, cone shaped scoop. The lever is marked Quick and Easy, and Erie Specialty Company, Erie, PA. This scoop works as designed but the lever needs to be lubricated periodically with a food grade lubricant. Wooden handle. The parts are solid metal with a brass bolt. It is 10 1/2” long and the cone mouth is 2” in diameter. This ice cream scoop is a neat relic from the early days of ice cream shops.
