It's been stuck on the apple logo and was told software is messed up and can't be factory restored, I tried fixing it for a while but got tired of it so just got a replacement. Unless you can figure out how to fix it, it will be sold mainly for replacement parts. I did crack the screen on Feb and had it replaced, so it's probabLy LCD screen and not original OLED. Everything else was in perfect working order, all 3 back cameras, Face ID/front camera, touch screen, mic, speakers, flashlight, Bluetooth, buy battery, buttons, ports, etc. Maybe something got loose and you can fix it and get a new working phone. My lose can be your gain. I'd say condition is 9/10, minor scuffs at the bottom but very well taken care of. Please refer to pictures for true condition. Comes with original box, a case, and brand new screen protector.
