MATERIALS:

We use 1/4" foam core board. If you want something sturdier, ask us for a custom order for our 1/2" foam core board. Because it's thicker, there is an extra charge. Just contact us or click on the request custom order with your needs.

HOW TO ORDER:

1. Place your order online choosing either the poster or the frame.
2. Send us an email through Etsy or cheryl [!at] craftsartsmoreofpa.com with the following:
a. Minimum 300 dpi photo / logo (for the profile photo)
b. Heading text (no more than 20 characters & spaces)
c. Username (20 character & space limit)
d. Location (if applicable)
e. Number of likes, comments, shares, notifications
f. Caption + Hashtags (75 character & space limit)
g. Reference of order number

PRODUCTION TIME:

- Production time is 2 - 3 days after custom art approval.
- Shipping / Delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks depending on where you are in the world. USA orders delivery time is 2 to 7 days by UPS or USPS
- Rush orders are available at an extra charge. Please call 570-833-0270 for custom quotes or contact us for overnight shipping & rush printing.

***Larger frames MAY be folded in half to reduce shipping costs. If the artwork is folded, two plastic adhesive strips will be included to reinforce the image once it's opened to its full size.

POLICIES

- REFUNDS: Due to the custom design of each poster or frame, we do not offer refunds. If an item is damaged in transit, please notify us within 1 business day with a photo of the damaged product and we will reprint if the damage makes is so the poster or frame becomes unusable.

- REVISIONS: What you see are our current templates, so please look at the templates very carefully before purchasing. We only replace the info with your info and/or change the header color. You can request up to 2 simple revisions from the proofs. After that, there could be an additional design charge of $10 per revision.
