buy This is an antique 1890 Congregation Of St. Joeseph member ribbon for San Jose CA. The Ribbon is written in Italian with writing on both the front and back. The flag on the button is a 43 star flag which was used between 1890 and 1891. There is some wear to the writing on the blue and the tip of the left wing is missing.
