This item requires 2-3 weeks for production and ships directly from my printing partner in China. Standard Shipping Transit is in addition to production and is approximately 10-20 business days(not guaranteed and can fluctuate with Covid delays). I recommend allowing 4-6 weeks total for production plus shipping. There is an expedited shipping method for orders shipping to the United States for an additional fee that speeds up shipping transit turnaround from 10-20 business days to 5-10 business days(not guaranteed). Expedited United States Shipping does not support APO or PO Box Addresses Delivery. The fee for Alaska and Hawaii may also be more for expedited shipping, so please contact me prior to placing an order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping Transit is in addition to production and is approximately 15-30 business days(not guaranteed and can fluctuate with Covid delays). I recommend allowing 5-8 weeks total for production plus shipping to international locations.

I am currently only able to ship to the following international countries: Canada. If you place an order for a country I do not ship to, I will refund and cancel your order upon receipt if I am unable to provide shipping to that country.

If you choose the expedited international shipping, it is only available for the countries noted-I will refund and cancel any orders with expedited shipping that are not shipping to the USA or one of the international countries below. Expedited shipping changes the shipping transit time from 15-30 business days to 8-12 business days(not guaranteed)

Please note that colors vary from monitor to monitor, across different materials, and from monitor to the final printed item, so be aware that an exact color match from what you see within your monitor to the final printed item is not possible and no refunds will be provided for color variances. Colors also vary from item to item due to different substrates/materials being utilized.

I am not responsible for import duties and taxes-they are the responsibility of you as the customer. All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the merchandise is dutiable and the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country's laws. You should contact your local customs office for further information, as custom policies vary from country to country.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Due to the custom and personalized nature of my products, I do not accept returns. If you receive your order and feel there is a defect or the product arrived damaged, please take a picture and keep the box it came in. Send me a message through Etsy with a picture of the damage/defect within 7 days of delivery. If it is determined it is a defect or damaged, I will issue a re-make of the item. Your order will be re-made to correct the damage/defect and shipped to you again.

Color variances are not a defect. I do not re-make orders for color variances. Please read the description fully and ask any questions prior to placing an order if you are confused about the product, product sizing, or product materials. I add the dimensions and fabric material details within the listing, so I do not issue re-makes if the size or material is not what you expected. There is also a closeup photo of the fabric/material in the listing photos.
