Vintage KTK California Pottery, Number 138 Blue Drip Glaze Bow Bowl Planter Art Deco Design
Rare KTK pottery square bowl in beautiful blue over aqua drip glaze. Knowles, Taylor, Knowles (KTK) was originally in East Liverpool, Ohio, but the California operation started in 1923 in Santa Clara, California by Homer Knowles. The California company used the K.T.K. of Calif. or K.T.K. mark. They went out of business around 1924 but they made beautiful things while they were operating! One small color variance that appears to be under the glaze.
Measurements are 5 3/4" square by 4" tall (higher with the bow).
