Modernist sculpture made from the sand of the Iles-de-la-Madeleine in Eastern Canada. It is a person looking up at the sky with a flowing, modern look to it. It has a label on the bottom. The piece measures approximately 5 1/2"H and is in very good condition overall with a minor bit of wear on an arm (see photos) and on the base but it's still a striking work.
