Your order usually will be dispatched within the next working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it after 15-35 days.
Please take note it will take up to 3 business days to ship your order if the item sold out of the time you place the order. As this is a handmade item it will take time to handcraft a new one.

The items will be ship by Haypost Registered Airmail with TRACKING NUMBER. Estimated Delivery Time to Europe 15-30 days, to USA, Canada, Australia - 15-35 days. Or we will use another shipping option which will be faster to ship, based on your location. After shipping, we may contact you and tell you more details. In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then we are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.

Can I cancel my order?

Our shop policy is NOT to accept order cancellations. If you accidentally checked out with an item that you did not intend to buy, please contact us immediately. We ship fast (sometimes as soon as an hour later after the order was placed). Once the package is dropped off at the post office, we can't cancel your order.

To avoid unnecessary cancellations and frustration, we ask our buyers to be responsible and not place an item in your cart if you haven't decided yet if you want to buy this item. Instead, favorite this item and check it back as often as you need to make up your mind.

We are a patient shop. If you need to ask 100 questions before you make a decision to buy an item, please do it. We'll be happy to answer your questions.


RETURN

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one.
You can return a product for up to 7 days from the date you received it.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Do you accept offers?


We are open to dealing. Here are some rules to follow:

3. Purchase by any party at full listed price cancels all offers and counteroffers.

4. Once an offer is accepted, the seller reserves the listing for the buyer at the negotiated price. The buyer has 48 hours to complete the transaction. Non-payment within 48 hours cancels the agreement between the parties.

5. Use of unethical and unlawful negotiation techniques is prohibited and cancels negotiations.'
