SHIPPING
Shipping is FREE. Return Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Large rugs will be folded then wrapped. The reason for this is the FEDEX will charge an oversized fee, which will cause the cost of the rug to be exponentially higher. When the rug is unwrapped, please roll the rug for 1 day and vacuum to remove any temporary creases. These creases are not permanent and are not considered a damaged item.
We DO NOT ship to P.O Boxes or Alaska. Order will be canceled.

RETURNS
When returning a rug please send the rug to the following address

Once the item has shipped, please message us the carrier and tracking number so we can process the refund.

Please be advised that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Due to the nature of our product please be advised that sometimes the cost of the shipping might be close to the cost of the rug or even more (Especially the closeout rugs). The closeouts are liquidated to make room in our warehouse so you might be paying the same price for returning it has it cost to buy it. Company DOES NOT provide pre-paid return labels. But, that said we do accept returns.

COLORS AND MONITOR SETTINGS
Please be advised that the color of the rug might look slightly different then the color on your computer screen due to your monitor settings. Also due to the fact that colors are subjective and that different people perceive colors in different ways the customer service representative will give you there best judgment, but please view image and video (if available) for colors.

Colors of rugs can also look different depending on the angle of the rug you look at. With area rugs there is a dark side and a light side, depending if you are looking at the rug toward the nap or against it. It can act similar to velvet. Please rotate your rug toward your preferred (light or dark side). When entering the room.

Also colors of some rugs are purposely made to look destressed and faded to add a vintage feel to the rug. Also some rugs pattern is NOT necessarily balanced, this is done on purpose to make rug look vintage. This is normal not considered damage.
