Please be careful because some sellers are offering counterfeit Herend porcelain and Hungarian paintings online.

Shipping: We ship Worldwide. For shipping fees please check the Shipping info tab on the right side of this page. Our contracted shippers are FedEx and DHL but we also use regular postal service, depending on the weight and the destination. We wrap every item very safely, using a lot of bubble wrap and cardboard boxes. We send our items from Budapest, Hungary in 1-2 business days after payment is received. Delivery time is usually between 3 and 6 business days to most destinations, but we also offer priority shipping. For EU-resident buyers shipping charges include all taxes and duties. For other, non-EU international orders import duties by the destination country's customs authorities are not included and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Payment: We prefer receiving payments through PayPal, but we can accept wire transfer as well. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can pay with your credit card via PayPal even without registration. Please pay as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days after order is placed. We always ship to your PayPal shipping address. If you buy more than one item, if possible, we can offer combined shipping. In this case, please contact us before the payment, and we will calculate the combined shipping fee for your order.

Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with the quality or condition of any item you receive, we gladly refund your payment in full, aside from shipping and handling charges, for pieces returned within 14 days after delivery. In this case, we ask you not to start any cases through Etsy or PayPal. Instead contact us directly, and we will find the solution which is acceptable for both of us. Export License: Paintings which are older than 50 years and cost more than $350 (including shipping) may be finally exported from Hungary only in the possession of a license issued by the National Office of Cultural Heritage. After you pay for buy the painting, we request the license, but it may take up to 21 days to get ready.
