Bay leaves are used primarily as a cooking spice in a number of countries in Southeast Asia, both for meat, fish, vegetables, and rice dishes. These leaves are mixed whole, dried or fresh, and also cooked until the food is cooked. This spice gives a distinctive herbal aroma but is not strong.

Method of Seeding
