Once you add the sign to your shopping cart, in the "NOTES" Section, (Add an optional note to seller) please let us know:

1. The name(s) exactly as they should appear
2. The established/or special date (if applicable to your sign)
3. Please include an email address so we can send you a CAD drawing for your approval
