Vintage hand painted buy Japanese? plate (H)

This is a gorgeous vintage/antique hand painted Japanese? plate, in incredible condition - no chips, scratches, cracks, or fading or wear of the design. There is a Japanese or Chinese marking on the bottom, and the warning that the plate is not safe for food. There is a band of buy 22K gold around the rim, and a lovely floral border with butterflies. This measures 10 and 1/4" across. (H)
