in beautiful condition buy no chips no cracks has a black border around with a white background a lovely scene of Victorian women in a social gathering it's such a beautiful decorative tray measures 20 1/4 inches wide by 13 3/4 inches long it's a very good tray it's made out of plastic perfect for entertaining or to use as a wall hanging it's made by Waverly it's a great vintage item I believe it's made in the 80s.
