This is a beautiful vintage piece that could be used for indoor decor buy or outside for hanging baskets or whatever. It is functional as a pulley with 3 separate moving pulleys. It was taken out of a barn in the midwest. There is a piece of the wood block missing but it does not impact the funtionality of the piece...infact it adds character as a testimate to how hard it once worked!.
