Vintage Beaded Handbag Hand Made in France Evening Purse Cream buy Glass Seed Beads Gold Tone Frame 1950's // Vintage Accessory

This is a vintage micro beaded evening purse or handbag. Thousands of tiny cream colored glass seed beads are buy embroidered onto this purse. The purse is accented with pastel beads scattered in a diagonal pattern. All of this is connected to a gold tone embossed metal frame, with a serpentine chain strap. The top of the frame has a braided beaded decoration, and the clasp is beaded as well. Inside, the purse is lined in cream colored satin with two pockets on either side. One of the pockets is labeled "Hand Made in France". This would be a lovely purse for a formal event such as prom or a wedding.

CONDITION:

Very good vintage condition. There is a slight water mark on the lining. The inside is slightly marked with perhaps makeup, not noticeable from the outside. There is a spot in the very center on the back that appears to be missing several beads, but I think it was made that way. There are no beads loose currently. Not noticeable, but wanted to mention for completeness. Slight metal wear on the frame and strap, appropriate for age.
