Good vintage condition. This is an old handmade dress for a baby girl buy or a doll. Could be a baptism or christening dress since it doesn't button all the way down. The floral yellow fabric has a seersucker texture. The collar and sleeves have whip stitching on them. There is a small stain on the middle hem as pictured.
