HOW TO ORDER:
1. Message me with the following information:
a.Your first and last name
b.The date of your event (Past, present or future)
c.If your event has already occurred, please send current pictures of your flowers.
d. A list of the piece(s) that you would like to have created. You can view all of the options at

***Please be specific as to the options and quantity of the items you would like.

2. NOTE: The only flowers that I will accept after 5 days of the event are the following:
a.If the flowers have been air dried
b.If the flowers are artificial or wood
c.If we are recreating or using replacement flowers.
i. If we use replacement flowers, there will be a charge to replace the flowers.

3. In order to preserve the flowers in the best condition, the flowers need to be in my possession within 5 days of the event.

4. Once we confirm schedule availability and the condition of your flowers, I will create and send you a link for your custom order. *THIS IS A DIGITAL DOWNLOAD LINK

5. Complete your purchase order and download the PDF. The PDF will provide you with all of the packaging and shipping instructions, with photos, confirmation of your order, as well as FAQ's.

WHAT TO CONSIDER:
1. FREE SHIPPING only applies to me shipping the final pieces to the customer. The customer is RESPONSIBLE for any shipping costs associated with sending me the flowers.
2. SHIPPING YOUR FLOWERS: Shipping flowers can be expensive and can vary. You may ship your flowers using USPS, FedEx, or UPS. To estimate the shipping cost, please visit your chosen carrier's website and use their option to estimate the shipping cost. The destination zip code is 75074 for estimating your shipping costs.
3. FRESH FLOWERS must be shipped either overnight or 2-day shipping. By the time your flowers have made it to your event, they have been handled and have been in and out of water multiple times. Each time that occurs, the firmness of your flowers diminishes. Therefore, it is critically important that your flowers are in a shipping container for the shortest amount of time as possible.
4. I AM NOT RESPONSBILE FOR THE CONDITION OF THE FLOWERS WHILE THEY ARE BEING SHIPPED.
5. Follow the packaging and shipping instructions as provided when you check out.
*As each artist/company has their own packaging and shipping instructions, this information is not provided until you have completed your purchase order.
6. UNUSED FLOWERS: I do not include returning the flowers when shipping your final pieces. If you would like any unused flowers returned, you MUST inform me by the time I receive your flowers. The customer is RESPONSIBLE for the shipping charges associated returning the unused flowers, as they will be shipped in separate container due to their fragility.

PROCESSING TIMES:
1. From the time I receive your flowers, orders are generally completed within 4-6 MONTHS.
2. Orders are worked in the order that the flowers were received.
3. Orders WILL NOT be rushed. Since creating your preservation involves a chemical process to harden the resin, the process absolutely cannot be rushed.
4. I will not guarantee that your preservation is completed by a certain date/holiday for gift giving, due to the volume of customers and the availability of supplies.

WHAT IS A PRESERVATION PROCESS
1. Once your flowers are received:
a.All flowers will be removed from their stems
i. If drying the flower full, they will be placed in a drying desiccant
ii. If pressing the flowers-they will be pressed and then place in a drying desiccant
iii. If the flowers are air dried-they will be placed in a drying desiccant to remove any moisture that
may have accumulated during the shipping process.
*ALL FLOWERS WILL DRY FOR AT LEAST 30 DAYS TO ENSURE buy THAT THEY ARE FULLY DRY BEFORE CASTING THEM IN THE RESIN

2. Once the flowers are dry, you are placed in the queue to begin the resin pours. This is a multi week process to allow each layer to set before pouring the next layer.

3. Once the pieces are removed from the molds, sanding and top coating will be done. This process can take an additional 2 months.

DISCLAIMERS:

1. Flowers are a product of nature. Each flower dries differently. Flowers naturally bruise from being growth, cut, handled by the florist, handled by the customer, etc. Bruising causes flowers to have transparency once resin is applied to preserve them. The bruising cannot be seen until the resin touches it. This is normal.

2. Flowers can/will change colors as they are dried. Some whites will dry to an ivory/cream shade, while other whites can dry to a yellow hue. Pale pink flowers can lose their pink tones when dried and appear more like a white dried flower. Medium and dark pink florals tend to dry darker pink and even purple. Purples will dry to a very dark purple. Reds will dry to a very dark red.

3. Color Restoration of dried flowers is offered for an additional fee.

4. Bubbles-While much is done to minimize bubbles, there is no guarantee that your piece will be bubble free.

5.ALL RESIN CAN AND WILL YELLOW OVER TIME. All preservations are created using the highest rated resin with UV inhibitors to minimize the acceleration of yellowing. Additional instructions are provided at the time of delivery to care for your preservation.

6. REFUNDS: Due to the limited availability of spaces, refunds are not accepted.

7. Completing your payment for your purchase order indicates that you have read and agree with all the information listed in the item description.
