This beautiful, full size yoga bolster has been lovingly handmade to help with you or yoga or pilates practice. Using it as a prop to help support buy the body in postures, allowing you to completely relax into the poses and completely reap the benefits.

Filled with buckwheat hulls, which gently mould to your body and provide a supportive base allowing your body to fully relax. Buckwheat hulls discourage bacteria and are antialergenic. It does not heat up or absorb moisture.

Comes with removable cover with zip and handle.
