From Takara Japan, this is a new figure (well new as of 1999), using an old name of a series that was released by Takara back in the 70s - Microman. Microman was the name of the line that became Micronauts here in the U.S. These new versions feature the use of magnets in one form or another (hence the Magne Power Title) in the workings of the toy.
This is one of a sub-set of three AcroMonster figures (#024) in the Microman Magne Power Series - This is Iguanite. He is a monster and a Robot - and when combined with the other two figures (#22 Vampiser and #23 Hellpion) they become One BIG-Ass bad AcroMonster. Figure is like new unused but the Package is opened/tape cut. This is from an adult collectors collection, it had been opened, looked at and packaged backup. So basically it has been in storage for the last 20 years! Figure is in like new condition.
