Received as a gift, we opened the box and took 1 pillow out of the plastic and immediately realized it was not the pillow we wanted (already have Casper pillows & wanted the same ones we have, and these were different). Because we received as a gift, by the time we received and opened them it was past any return/exchange period. One pillow is still in the plastic, the other has been taken out of plastic (no plastic included) but immediately was buy put back in the box.
