Vintage 1900 to 1950s Child's Black Metal/Canvas Beach/Outdoor Chair/Stool Foldable Flat Steel Striped Fabric buy Green/Black Unique/Different

~ I am stumped on this chair/stool. It is awesome, however not sure when buy it was made. It's got rust, not perfect, but it's so cool! Please be advised, it must have been bent or something before because it leans to one side a bit. I believe it's sturdy. The seat is obviously stained and not perfect. I believe it was re-painted to black, it was a hunter green. It is cool, chair, stool and flattens down. I wonder if it was a beach chair?

~ Size ~ as a chair it's 23 3/4" high x 10" wide x 11 1/2" deep. as a stool seat it's 14 3/8" high.
