New without tags, never worn. Ordered on line and too small for me. Rhinestone clasp. Smaller hooks down front of jacket to fully close. Last picture shows measurements. It runs very small for size. I ordered xl because of reviews saying it ran small. The sizing is definitely not US. My guess would be US buy small or medium. Person wearing Coat on pictures is around 5'6" 110 pounds.
