Unlike industrial manufacturers, I do not get my wood from commercial forests.
I know the origin of every wood and one thing is certain: the tree was not felled for profit, but because it was either sick or posed a danger.
My wood comes mainly from sick trees from gardens and green strips in the Augsburg area, where my wood workshop is also located.
Often the woods therefore contain discolored and dark spots, which make the end product an exciting unique piece.
This can was made from cherry and treated with buy natural oil. It is suitable as a storage for dry foods, e.g. nuts, teas, herbs, etc.
