We bought this for our 2nd child and now she has outgrown it. Our child carrier was used, maybe 5x for short hikes, but was taken care of properly. All zippers work great. No straps or zippers are missing. Few marks to point out, and it can easily be removed: (Shown on pictures) -On the sun shade. -White mark on one side of the lower buy footrest. -It is missing a buckle on the hipstrap that can be requested on Osprey website for FREE replacement. (I ordered it, but our kids played with it and misplaced it) Let me know if you guys have questions.
