Vintage working Superscope TD-48 Quad Quadraphonic 4 Channel 8 Track Tape Player. I believe this was produced in 1975 and this is a book shelf type unit since it is pretty small. I have tested this with an 8 track tape and it still works, the finish is still pretty good with some touchup applied to the wood in the past and it's a really nice looking old school 8 track tape player. Has the audio connections and buy this work as well with no cuts or splicing. Please see pictures for size and condition. Note: when testing the sound was ok, but it probably could use a good head cleaning and possibly a new drive belt down the road. Also the 8 track tape in the list is not for sale and it is an old tape and could be part of the sound clarity issue, only the player is being sold This item is in good condition for being 45 years old and not many of these around anymore. Great vintage piece for anyone that loves vintage, nostalgic 8 track collectibles from the 70s era.
