An 1890 edition of Fowler's Self-Instructor in Phrenology by O.S. and L.N. Fowler, revised by Nelson Sizer. “The Self-Instructor in Phrenology and Physiology with over one hundred new illustrations including a chart for the use of practical phrenologists.”

A great copy to add to your Fowler & Wells Co. corner of the bookshelf. There is mild buy shelf ware to the bottom edges and some scuffing on the back cover. The binding and hinges are intact but the first fourteen pages feel slightly loose or wobbly. The owner's chart and assessment of character was completed Dec. 3, 1906. Several pencil notations follow as well.
