They are made out of milk chocolate, white chocolate or both depending on the colors used. PLEASE MAKE A NOTE OF THE EVENT DATE in the COMMENT SECTION.

Just during Hot weather conditions shipping prices will go up a few dollars. Shipping price will include cooling packs and insulationNO NEED to purchase any additional cooling packs.

DETAILS:
Chocolate Lollipops or treats are made from only the highest quality chocolate and can be produced in an assortment of colors/themes! These are beautiful, unique and add a personal touch to any event!!

Each treat is individually wrapped in a cellophane bag and tied with a coordinating ribbon. Container or basket in image is not included

NOTES:
When placing your order, PLEASE MAKE A NOTE OF THE EVENT DATE and special details in the message box during checkout. This will ensure that your chocolate will arrive in a timely manner. Please allow 3 business days to process your order, plus shipping time 1-2 weeks delivery time.

If you need a rush delivery, please contact us and we will make every effort to accommodate you.

PLEASE keep in mind we are NOT responsible for melted treats. Dry Ice Packs and Insulated Bubble Wrap are included in your shipping cost. A tracking number is always emailed so you can track your package and make sure its not left on your front porch in the heat.

When package is received PLEASE PUT THE TREATS IN THE FRIDGE to make sure they stay fresh.

PAYMENT:
Credit Cards, Debit Cards and PayPal are accepted. Once your payment clears, you will receive a confirmation email with any questions we may have. We monitor emails at least buy 3 times a day and will respond as quickly as possible.

IMPORTANT - SHIPPING:
Shipping will be charged according to the size of the order. We ship via USPS PRIORITY MAIL, 2-3 day delivery, throughout the continental United States plus processing time

You are responsible for entering correct and complete address information. We will ship to the address exactly as you have provided it. Please ensure your PayPal address is also correct. We will NOT be responsible for any returned or lost packages due to an incorrect address.

We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/ FPO addresses at this time.

To maintain the integrity of our fresh products, we recommend that you ship your order to a location where someone is available to receive it upon delivery. DO NOT leave it in a mailbox or on your FRONT PORCH. The sun could still get to it and remember it's chocolate....It will melt.

We are not responsible for shipping delays that we can't control; i.e., severe weather conditions or and postal delays.

We cannot be responsible for what happens to packages or the contents after it leaves our hands for delivery via USPS.

Tracking will be provided once your treats are shipped.

When you receive your order, please refrigerate (or enjoy!) upon delivery.

We cannot promise that our treats will not have come in contact with nuts, nut oil, or another allergen. We recommend you take the necessary precautions based on any related allergies. We do try our best to avoid cross contamination but please use your own discretion. Contact us if this is a concern.
