This is a modern home decor spun canvas art piece made with acrylic paint. It measures 8" x 10" inches square and is roughly 1/4" inches thick.

This is one of the second batch of pieces I made using the spinning platform technique with brushes to create the clean, contemporary geometric designs. With each subsequent painting I advance my techniques as I explore intriguing ways to create my artwork. I enjoy the combined elements of intention and improvisation as I create the spun canvas pieces, often selecting colors rapidly and developing the design as I create it.
