Our Ruffled Hungry Caterpillar Rompers is a pretty, extra-girly Romper and features:

. TWO tie options on the same romper: a) Cross-over Back Straps buy with Big Bow Tie at back waist and b) Halter Neck Bow Tie
Meaning you can tie it BOTH ways depending on the look you want at the time

. Gathered neckline at front which gives a pretty bubble look, more fullness and room for growth and comfort; and is a far more stylish and girly look than a flat square romper bodice

. 3-layer Ruffle Bottom

. Adjustable buttonhole elastic waist. This is a BIG plus as this means that the diaper cover part of the romper and waist will be a perfect, secure yet comfortable fit. And means lots of room for future wear as baby grows. (Please note placement in photo of the buttonhole feature. It must be inserted at one side of the waistband to work and therefore the button/spare elastic for growth will run up alongside the inside of the bottom part of the romper bodice.)

. 3- snap closure for easy changing

. Red Tab at back waist for easy and secure Big Bow; this allows bow to be tied any size you like rather than a fixed cross-over attached with snaps.

. Pantaloon ruffle style legs

. All seams are double stitched. All seams on ruffles are turned over and finished, not serged at raw edges.


This Smashing Ruffle Romper will be beautifully custom-made to order in our studio for your special girl's special day or just fun every day wear! The Caterpillar fabric is an exceptionally high-quality 100% woven cotton fabric and this Ruffle Romper is very generous and uses lots of it!

I will be custom-making this to a perfect and individual size and build if I am given some necessary measurements. I will need measurements either with order OR you can convo me with them afterwards. I will help if assistance is needed or any questions. If you do not wish to give measurements then I will make to standard average sizing for age range.
