This easy quilt kit would be great for a confident beginner. It is created using a jelly roll and background fabric, pieced in strip sets. The jelly roll is from the Robert Kaufman line, "Wild and Free." This is a bright, colorful quilt with tigers, cheetahs and things of the jungle in greens, yellows, orange, even some pink, with a gray background. It really resonants with the preteen and teenagers, which are sometimes overlooked and both boys and girls have given it the "seal of approval." buy But, don't forget those baby nurseries that are outfitted with the safari or jungle animal theme; a beautiful, handmade baby gift.

Again, a knowledge of sewing is encouraged, but there are You tube videos you can watch, the Internet and Google, etc., to get your started if you are a newbie.

You will need to furnish your own batting and backing to finish the quilt.

Your kit will leave my studio 1-2 days after purchase. I ship via USPS mail either First Class, without insurance, or Priority Mail, which includes $100 insurance. Shipping class will depend on weight. If you would like a different shipping carrier, please let me know so we can make that change.
