PHOTOS: Send photos to us after you order in the Etsy Message system. If you are scanning, make sure to set the dpi (dots per inch) as high as it will go and clean off your scanner and photo for any dust or fingerprints. Then send two photos of your choice to us. Just want 1 photo? No problem! We'll put one photo on the side and the wording on the other side.

PROOFS: We will send you a proof through the Etsy Message system within 24 hours (usually sooner) and ship your banner out the same or next day depending on the time. Your banner will be shipped the next day even if the proof is not approved in order to make sure it arrives to you on time. Shipping is 2-3 days. Please let us know in the notes when you order if you need your banner by a certain date and we will try our best to get it to you on time.
