The Standard Poodle miniature sculptures are 2.75" tall x 3.25" long. They have a new twist, added felted wool to head, ears, tail, and legs. The Poodles have 4 color variations. I can add the dog name to the interior of the sculpture for that personal touch. These little animals will delight your eye and warm your heart. They make unforgettable gifts.

Each miniature is a design original and hand crafted by me. I create hand drawn templates, then cut each one from solid sheet copper using tin snips and a jewelers saw. Every piece is hand painted and hand formed to create a unique miniature sculpture signed by the artist.

About me and my creatures
I started my business, Creature Comforts by Erica in 1995, with a focus on creating copper garden sculpture. That same year I became a member of the Kentucky Craft Market, and have been participating in Kentucky Craft shows since then.

As my copper sculpture evolved, it took a new and unexpected direction when I made my first tiny copper dog. This small copper dog was just a model for the creation of a larger version. When the larger dog failed to possess the qualities that made the tiny buy copper dog so cute, I decided to scrap the project entirely until my husband said "maybe the dogs are supposed to be small".
My second tiny dog was cuter than the first, the third dog cuter than the second, and so the copper miniatures were born.
