Shipping and Processing Policy

It normally takes us 2-3 business days to process your order. If you need buy it asap, please send us a message or leave us a note when you place your order. It would be really useful for us to know when you would like to receive it.

All our designs are shipped from our home studio, Arlington Virginia, by USPS priority mail. We also offer FedEX, DHL or USPS, but they are a lot more expensive, please contact us for pricing.

For East Coast Customers: Shipping time 1 - 3 days

For West Coast Customers: Shipping time 2 - 4 days

For Other Parts of the Country: Shipping time 3 - 5 days

For EU: 1-2 weeks

For Mid-East: I only ship DHL to Mid-East due to the unstable postal service. Please contact me for pricing.

Express mail with USPS is available. However, I can't 100% guarantee the delivery time. 80% of the time they arrive within 1-2 days, other time they arrive within 3-4 days.


Return and Exchange Policy:

We understand that not every product fits every person. If you don't think the fur is for your big day, we are more than happy to process a return or a exchange for you. Please let me know within 7 days upon receipt of the product(s), mail us the product(s) back asap.

For returns: Due to the small size of our company, we are not yet able to cover any shipping costs for our customers. Please note that all shipping cost(s) is non-refundable, and we do not charge any handling fees.

For exchange: We will love to exchange a different size or color of a same product for you. If you want a bigger size, we don't charge you more, if you want a smaller size, we refund you the extra cost. All you need to do is mail the product back, and we will cover the 2nd shipping cost!


Lost Packages:

All the products are insured. If the USPS tracking system shows that your package never arrives, I will refund you 100%, or send you a new one instead.

If the USPS tracking system shows that your package is arrived but you don't have it. Please contact your local post office as well as file a policy report of stolen packages. I will refund 50% of the cost after receiving a copy of your police report.
