Staffordshire Dog Pekingese Single Figure Measures 9" Long x 8" Tall by 4" Depth THIS IS from everything I have researched and read online seems to be authentic. Key points are, IT HAS the ceramic hole ON BOTTOM (most online say there will be a hole in bottom back or bottom of the figurines which means they are older from a cast), IT IS painted a bit different, spots are in different places, eyebrows are different, collars are different, etc. The bottom is NOT MARKED. Everything I have read and seen several of these sets were not marked. Great condition for age found one area where paint has come off please see all pictures from what i understand THIS would be circa sometime between 1850 - early 1900's Great piece buy.
