• Processing & Production time is the amount of time it takes to create your product once you place your order. PLEASE NOTE that 'Processing time' is separate from 'Shipping Time' so the total amount of time it will take your order to arrive is: Processing Time + Shipping Time = total time for product to arrive after ordering.

• Average Processing & Production time for this item is 3 business days but please note this can vary during holidays and other times of increased volume of orders. If you need your product by a certain date please contact us in advance to discuss.

SHIPPING INFO:

• Shipping time generally is 2 to 5 business days* ("business days" are Monday - Friday) via USPS - If you would like expedited shipping please contact us in advance to discuss options and additional fees.
* Shipping to Puerto Rico and Hawaii up to 7 – 12 business days

• Please note that we use different printers for different products in our shop - this means that if you are ordering more than one product type (i.e. a desk mat and a shower curtain) they may have different processing times, shipping times and/or may arrive in separate packages on different days.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS INFO:

• Returns and Refunds are only offered if there are any issues with the quality of the product you've received, like manufacturing error, printing issues and such. As this is a made to order item sent directly from our printer, we are unable to accept returns for other reasons. PHOTOS OF THE ITEM AND PACKAGING IT ARRIVED IN WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ANY RETURN REQUEST.

• If you have placed an order with an incorrect shipping address or realize you have purchased the wrong item or for some other reason would like to cancel your order, CANCELLATIONS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED WITHIN 1 HOUR OF ORDER PLACEMENT.

• Once an order has been submitted to our print provider, we can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or the customer ordered the wrong item, etc. we are not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds (this is our print provider's policy).
