YOU CAN'T FILL THIS RING YOURSELF OR BY A FUNERAL DIRECTOR, you have to send us a small amount (1 -2 coffee spoons) of the Pets cremated remains.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU PLACE THE ORDER?
After ordering and paying for the order, you will receive an order confirmation within a few minutes. This order confirmation contains all information regarding the preparation of the ashes and the address of our location where you should send the ashes.
As soon as we have received the ashes, we will let you know and we need 3-10 working days to prepare and ship out the order.
The total turnaround time is difficult to say and depends also on how long it takes the ashes arrives on our location.

SHIPPING AND UPGRADES: Standard insured shipping with tracking for finished orders.
For USA customers only, there will be optional shipping upgrades available if you want faster shipping.. (Fedex Economy (3-8 working days) and Fedex Express shipping (1-4 working days)
If your order will be shipped with Fedex, it's important that you only send the amount of ashes we ask for. Express shipping companies don't allow the shipment of ashes, so we only ship the ordered finished item(s), not any leftover ashes.
If there are any leftover ashes and if you're comfortable with this, we can keep the ashes for 2 years at our location in case you want to re-order from our shop. If you'd rather like us to send the ashes back to you, please contact us. We can send back buy the ashes separate from the order.

Very exclusive 925 sterling silver 6mm width Pet ash cremation ring. A beautiful ring with ashes from your beloved pet.

This is an adjustable one size ring for the sizes US 5 1/2 till 9

The ashes of your beloved Pet will be cleaned and prepared, and than we process the ashes inside the ring with a special combinations of materials.
After finishing the ring, it looks as if the ashes is visible behind glass in the middle of the ring.
Please note: If the ashes are processed in the ring, the color may differ from the original dry ash. The ashes can become a few shades darker because the ashes get wet during the process. Synthetic resin is a fluid before it is hardened. Because every cremation ash is unique, the final result will differ from the product pictures shown.
