Our Handmade Metal Items are Designed, Cut, Cleaned and painted by myself or my Husband. We take great pride in every unique piece we do. We also do custom orders. Please feel free to contact us regarding a design you'd like to see or a special made item. These are cut on a cnc plasma table, there could be some imperfections in the metal which adds character. We want our customers to be 100% happy with their purchases and tell others. If for any reason you feel you can not leave us 5 star feedback, Please contact us. For custom orders we accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. I request that all custom orders be paid 50% up front and the other 50% after item (s) have been made prior to shipping. Our goal is a happy customer, I pride myself in making quality items and I will gladly repair, exchange or refund your item minus shipping charges if the item is damaged, broken, flawed, or you are just unhappy with your purchase. Please contact me for instructions on a return. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and returned items should be in original packaging in same condition.
