This listing is for a custom order winter oil painting of a similar red barn country Farm Homestead "For Sale" handsaw. Please allow enough time if you want this for a special event gift (one week is NOT enough time for painting and mailing).
Your handsaw will measure between 29in-31in L x 6-8in W, depending on what I have in stock at the time of your order (I have more coming in later this week and I don't know their length yet).
Saw is first cleaned & neutralized against rust; then sealed with a matte acrylic sealer over flat black spray paint; and finally sealed again after the oil paint has completely dried. Back has been prepared the same way....just no oil painting on it (pictures have been digitally altered to show the details better}.
These saws were meant to be hung where a light can fall on them; please....DO NOT hang where direct sunlight of ANY kind can shine on them; or near a heat source.
Would be the PERFECT gift for that hard-to-buy-for person in your life. Good for hubby/wife who appreciates/collects "old" things, farm implements or "unique" OOAK items. Great for birthdays, Mother's Day, Father's Day, anniversaries and Christmas gifts. Cut-off time for Mother's Day is April 15; cut-off time for Father's Day is May 15; for Christmas Dec. 1.
If the saw is over 30in L, I need to send this out via UPS since it is now cheaper for handsaws. Any length 30in or less can go Priority Mail.
