Very Sweet Patsy-Ann Look-a-like Doll, composite, buy 1930's, 11"

So sweet! This is a vintage, 1930's, 11" composite Pasty-Ann look-a-like doll. Body is unmarked. She has a cracked/chipped thumb and chip on her hip. There is some evident wear on her neck/collar. Small chip on her head. She appears to be wearing her original dress or dress of similar age. She has brown, painted, side-glancing eyes with some chipped paint. Like Patsy-Ann, she has one arm bent at the elbow. Could she be a version of Arranbee Nancy Doll?
