Enjoy carrying this pretty tote!
This handmade, quilted tote or handbag is made from beautiful quilters' cotton fabrics.
I arranged the fabrics from different color pallets and sewed them together, then layered them onto soft, cotton batting and used free-motion quilting all over to create the texture.
I added a front pocket and one on the back to hold your items. The front pocket is trimmed with navy blue cording and also the sides of the bag have cording.
The beautiful matching lining is peaking out from the top of the bag.
Inside there is a large pocket on the back of the lining, divided into two large slip pockets and is trimmed with navy blue. The front of the lining has a wide pocket divided into two slip compartments and a small pocket on top. There are 5 pockets in the interior! It is roomy and easy to find all your items!
The bag and lining are interlined and is very sturdy and durable. All seams are double sewn for strength.
The closing is a magnetic snap.
The padded handles are a nice generous 13-1/2" from the top of the shoulder to the top of the bag each. They are quilted using my Sashiko stitching with red and cream colored heavy threads.
