They are designed to work with natural light to give 20x magnification. Look at leaves, flowers, grasses, bugs... you name it. The photo of a dried rose bush leaf was taken with one of these scopes!

Easy to use rack and pinion focusing gives your child the experience they will need using bigger scopes at school.

Each microscope comes in a wooden carrying case with a secure clasp. There is also a styrofoam enclosure to keep it safe.
