Rare buy 1940-1950s NJ Magnan Blue "Olympic" Wooden Tennis Racquet - Racket, Tennis, North Attleboro, Massachusetts (WTH-710)
If you're looking to finish off your games room in.
If you're looking to finish off your games room in style, I think you've found the perfect piece. This brightly painted blue and white wooden tennis racket from NJ Magnan is sure to meet the bill. NJ Magnan was one of the New England companies who made rackets from new England forests notably Vermont between the 1930s to the 1950s. This is by far the most beautiful one I've come across.
On one side of the racket, surrounding the M logo is written "N.J. Magnan Corp; North Attleboro Mass USA". On the other side is the word "Olympic" with a wonderful old-style graphic.
