The painting is nicely painted by a talented artist. The painting is painted on paper. The painting depicts houses homes in a snow covered landscape with trees (see photos). The painting is signed by the artist illegibly (see photo). I do not know the location depicted or the origin, but it looks to be American in origin to me (see photos and decide the age, the origin and the maker). The item in total including the picture frame measures about 6 and 1/2 inches high and it is about 8 and 1/2 inches wide. The painting portion without the picture frame or matting measures about 3 and 3/4ths inches high and it is about 5 and 3/4ths inches wide. The picture frame has some wear (see photos).
