Our normal operating hours for orders are Monday – Friday 0700-1500hrs. Email and Etsy messaging is the best way to communicate. After hours and weekend work is strictly at our convenience after the weekly paperwork is completed. At times on the weekends the online store may be closed as well.
Plaques can be custom made with a name, a different size not in listing, and wood color, simply contact us with your desires prior to purchase to ensure it can be done and be sure to approve the draft as soon as possible to reduce delays.

The expected delivery of any items requiring personalization will be dependent on the time it take to get the final approval of the designs.
Embroidery can be customized with name, dates, etc. simply contact us with your desires prior to purchase to ensure it can be done and be sure to approve the draft as soon as possible to reduce delays.
Vacation: We often put the store on vacation when we are behind on orders to get caught up. With only two people and being fully licensed with every branch of service and DOD (USMC: Hobbyist) and numerous universities, colleges, and academies we stay busy. Customization starts at $10.00 for most of the basic one-line requests and additional charges depending on the personalization. New artwork design charge is no less than $50. Please request a custom order as they require approval of the design modification which will be sent to you for viewing buy and approval along with the additional charge(s). Customization order will be cut as submitted to you within 48 hours in most cases if we do not hear from you about the draft your item ship date will be extended accordingly or refunded.

If engraving is desired a proof will be sent with the requested inscription for approval before cutting to prevent delays, please respond to the proof promptly. Engraving must be requested when the item is ordered and we will prompt you for engraving payment if not already made.
Communication: Pay attention to your Etsy messages for responses and drafts to ensure minimal delays in your order. Be sure to ask questions before your order to ensure it is possible. Ensure your emails from Etsy are not going to your junk folder, we do not communicate outside of Etsy as we really do not have the time. Private emails are used for royalties, licensing agencies, tax reports etc.. If you do send an email, we will respond when and if time permits and redirect you to Etsy messages. Most of our time is in this wood shop with multiple filtration system, four CNC machines running, and two dust collections and earplugs hearing a phone is not possible. Broken wings: these do not come with hanging hardware.
Finishes on all plaques, coin holders and hat press is a glossy finish unless you state otherwise. Stain: We only use Golden Oak or Early American on some species listed here: Oak, Ash, Hickory Hat press are stained automatically all other require an additional charge to be stained.

If a completed plaques that you do not want to see displayed in this website, please notify us in writing (an email is sufficient) and we will remove their photos from the web site; otherwise we assume we have permission to show them.
RUSH ORDER has nothing to do with shipping which we do not control. Rush order puts your order in front of the que to be accomplished in the shortest amount of time possible. This sometimes requires working after hours to complete. Keep in mind expediated shipping has nothing to do with putting your in order in front of others.

If you need a specific exact size, please let us know. Our sizes are listed as approximate. They will often be larger and seldom the minimal size listed. We do this to not waste any more wood than needed.

Please note most woods vary from tree to tree so the look is only a baseline not exact. In some cases, the color from one tree to the other is drastic within a species.
