New in box but box and trash can have damage. On the right side it just a small corner dent and on the left side there is a bigger buy dent but its not like smushed in. I took a couple photos so you could get an idea of how big the dent is but you can see its dosnt take up the inner space. Anyway you wouldn't be able to see it if that side were to go against the wall or maybe you can take the dent out. It will have extra foam around box to ensure extra damage.
