How to determine your size:
The 6 inch bracelet is a 6 inch length of copper with a 1 inch opening. This size will fit a wide range of wrists, from 5 1/2 inches up to 7 inches.
The 7 inch bracelet is a 7 inch length of copper, with a 1 inch opening. This size will fit wrists from 7 inches up to 8 1/2 inches.
Measuring for your size:
There are several ways to measure your wrist.
First: Use a flexible tape measure and measure around your wrist at the spot where you prefer your bracelets to sit. If it measures between 5 1/2 and 7 inches, choose the 6 inch bracelet. If your wrist measures over 7 inches, choose the 7 inch bracelet. There is wiggle room in the sizing. buy You can go bigger or smaller depending on if you like a looser or tighter bracelet.
If you don't have a tape measure but do have a ruler, wrap a strip of paper around your wrist and mark off the length. Check the size against a ruler.
Caring for your copper jewelry:
Tarnish and discoloration is a normal part of copper jewelry and is to be expected. Periodically you should wash your copper jewelry in warm soapy water, making sure to dry it thoroughly with a soft cloth. In between washing, buff it with a polishing cloth to help keep the tarnish down. When you aren't wearing your piece, store it in the box it came in, or in a closed plastic zip bag to keep the tarnish to a minimum.

Please note: the color in the engravings will fade over time. Exposure to soap, water and other chemicals including chlorine, perfumes, sunscreen, shampoo etc. will accelerate the fading. The color can be touched up at home with an ultra fine point black sharpie carefully applied (excess color can be removed with a moist melamine sponge ( such as a magic eraser) or paper towel while the ink is still wet) or can be sent back to me any time for complimentary recoloring.
