Silver Heart Necklace OOAK Pendant Handmade Heart Woodgrain Texture Fine Silver Charm buy Natural Tan Leather Cord Sterling Silver Rustic Heart

A bright silver heart pendant with grooved woodgrain texture hangs at an angle from a thin natural tan color leather cord. The silver pendant and tan leather create a look that is light and bright, yet a bit earthy and rustic. The pendant is created and textured by hand in recycled .999 Fine Silver for a OOAK piece. The heart shape is my own design.

Details: Heart is over 3/4 inch wide (about 20mm) when looking at it straight, not the angle it hangs at. The 1.4mm natural (undyed) leather cord is buy finished with Sterling Silver findings and tiny rectangle lobster clasp.

Size: 16 inches.

I hand-formed the Fine Silver pendant from metal clay. Metal clay is composed of fine silver particles (recycled/reclaimed) blended with an organic binder. During firing in a kiln the binder burns away and the silver particles fuse (sinter) together to leave a .999 Fine Silver piece! Back is signed with my name and year created. Each piece is unique and will have features inherent to the process of making things by hand. Design is on front only.
