Holiday Chalkware Figurine Pair Victorian Style Shoppers Rare
These Wonderful Old Figurines seem to be Quite Rare. I Can't find anything like them anywhere in my research.
They look to me like they buy are from the late Art Deco period, possibly the Early 30's? Non the less they are Lovely and would be Great Holiday Decorations.
Both retain Partial Labels. The label on the Male Figurine is almost all worn off. The label on the Female Figurine is in much better condition and reads: National Art Products Chicago ILL. 209 325 Hand Painted.
Female 7 1/2"H x 4C at base
Male 7 1/4'H X 3 1/4"C at base
Condition: Good with Much chipped and worn paint due to age and use which can be seen in my photos. Please Look at all the Pictures and be sure the Vintage Distressed Condition of these Figurines will not bother you Before You Purchase.
