This Art Deco ceramic flower frog was produced by the Swedish firm Gefle Porslin and designed by Artur Percy (1886-1976). Percy was considered one of the leading ceramic artists of the 20th Century in Sweden. This piece is in very good condition with the exception of a crack to her wrist below the hand holding the fan. I have provided several photos of it. This would be an easy repair or enjoy her has is. She is obviously missing her bowl. She is 9" tall and approximately 6" wide and still retains her original factory label. There is more than a passing resemblance to Rockwell Kent's work.
